ApolloSRMApolloCDL
The modern SIS for truck-driving schools.
Same platform, a CDL configuration
A truck-driving school is a clock-hour vocational school, so it runs on the same engine a career college does, admissions, clock-hour tracking, attendance, the ledger, and outcomes, with the CDL toolset turned on and CDL vocabulary in the interface. Nothing about the platform changes; the configuration does. That means a CDL school gets a mature system of record on day one, and the CDL-specific compliance and placement depth on top of it.
What a CDL school gets
FMCSA ELDT & TPR
The federal ELDT curriculum tracked per student, theory and behind-the-wheel, with a live "ready to certify" verdict, then the Training Provider Registry completion certification built to spec. We build the file; you transmit it. We never fabricate a license or a provider id.
Driver Qualification File
The CLP/CDL, the DOT medical certificate, the FMCSA Clearinghouse query, and the MVR on one record, rolled into a plain eligibility verdict, eligible, pending, or ineligible, with the reason named. Every fact is entered from the source; nothing is invented.
Funder billing & behind-the-wheel
WIOA, carrier sponsorship, and VA as first-class payers whose payments post to the student ledger, plus a double-booking-aware scheduler for trucks, trailers, yards, and instructors, ratio-capped by seats.
Carrier placement
Pre-hire agreements with pay, sign-on, and service commitment, on the same record as the training, so the outcome a carrier school lives on is a receipt, not a spreadsheet.
Funding on your terms
CDL schools are funded every way but the same way. Some run on Workforce Pell and Title IV; many run on WIOA vouchers, carrier sponsorship with tuition reimbursement, VA benefits, or cash. ApolloCDL ships funding-agnostic and lets each school pick its own mix, with third-party funders as first-class payers whose payments land on the student ledger like any other credit. The lack of federal aid never blocks a school from running on the platform, and the presence of it is fully supported.
